Plan questions
What does the $199 a month plan cover?
Essential covers scheduled lawn cutting and weeding across the full year, including trimming, edging, blowing down hard surfaces, and hauling clippings away. It starts at $199 a month and is confirmed after we see the property, because a quarter-acre flat lot and an acre on a slope are not the same job.
What is the difference between Essential and Premium?
Essential keeps the lawn cut and the beds weeded. Premium adds the work that makes a property look deliberate rather than just maintained: weed treatment, shrub and hedge trimming, bed edges recut through the season, an annual mulch refresh, and priority scheduling. Premium customers also get our held rate on seasonal cleanups.
Are the spring and fall cleanups included in Premium?
They are booked separately, at a rate we hold for plan customers. Both cleanups together start at $800 for Premium customers. The cleanups are a different scale of job from a regular visit, so we price them as their own piece of work rather than burying them in a monthly figure.
Am I locked into a contract?
The plans are billed monthly across a twelve month term so the cost stays level rather than spiking in summer. Ask us about the current terms when we quote, and we will put them in writing before you commit to anything.
What happens in a spring and fall cleanup?
Spring is bed cutback, recutting edges, and clearing what winter left behind. Fall is full leaf removal and haul-away, usually across more than one visit as the leaves keep dropping. Booked together on a plan they start at $800.
Do you service my area?
We run maintenance routes across Wilmington and New Castle County. Because these are recurring visits, route density matters, so call us to confirm we run a truck on your street before you plan around it.
Can I add mulch or planting to a plan?
Yes. Planting, drainage, and hardscape are quoted separately from the maintenance plan and can be scheduled alongside your regular visits. Premium already includes an annual mulch refresh on your front and primary beds.
